North Pool Renovation – Postponed

• Renovations to the North Pool have been postponed until the first week of November. 
• In the meantime, a temporary fix has been applied to the cracked bench/step. Additionally, a vendor has been secured to apply temporary patches to the exposed concrete on the surrounding cool decking. A repair date is pending for this, and the pool may be closed briefly during work. The Association will be notified as information become available 

South Pool – Solar Heating Temporarily Disabled

• A significant leak was discovered in the solar return line beneath the South Pool. To ensure the pool could reopen for the summer season, the solar system was disconnected and the leak sealed. As a result, the pool will remain without solar heat until permanent repairs are completed at a later date.
