We will update you as soon as we have a schedule, only one pool at a time will be closed for renovation. While doing the north pool, we will make sure the circulation and flow for the solar system is reviewed to ensure we are getting the best possible heat moving forward with the existing solar heat.
6. The association will also be obtaining bids for landscape services to include landscape maintenance, tree replacement, and phase one irrigation replacement which begins at the entrance to Civano at Seven Generations and Thunder Sky.
The South Pool is closed, for approximately 1 month while Pima Pools installs a new deck. The north pool interior will also be repaired and refinished, after the completion of the south pool. The North pool will remain open until the work is done at the south pool.
Titan Alarm has updated the access control locks to the facilities. Your key card or fob should work on the new locks. Contact the HOA office if your card key is lost or deactivated. There is a $10 replacement card fee.
