1. We have an opening on the Board, Andrea Mendez resigned her position and per the Association Bylaws, the Board must appoint her replacement within 60-days. If you are interested in filling this vacancy through to the end of March when the term expires, please click the link below and complete the form so the Board may select and appoint at their January meeting. This is not an elected seat, but Board appointed. Return by January 3, 2025, to be considered.
2. The 2025 Nomination and Election Committee was selected, thank you to Rick Stertz, Lyndell Roe, and Michael Reilly for stepping up to complete the election process for 2025.
3. The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for March 27, 2025.
4. The drinking fountain in the Rotunda hallway will be replaced this month.
5. The Board has approved Pima Pool Plastering to update the decks at both the north and south pools as well as replaster the north pool. We will update you as soon as we have a schedule, only one pool at a time will be closed for renovation. While doing the north pool, we will make sure the circulation and flow for the solar system is reviewed to ensure we are getting the best possible heat moving forward with the existing solar heat.
6. The association will also be obtaining bids for landscape services to include landscape maintenance, tree replacement, and phase one irrigation replacement which begins at the entrance to Civano at Seven Generations and Thunder Sky.
Pima Pools will be installing new decks at both pools. The north pool interior will also be repaired and refinished. Stay tuned for pool closures and updates.
Titan Alarm has updated the access control locks to the facilities. Your key card or fob should work on the new locks. Contact the HOA office if your card key is lost or deactivated. There is a $10 replacement card fee.
We have 5 new HVAC systems going into the Activity Center and Office. Two have been installed and we anticipate the third will be scheduled for December.
Stay tuned and check back for updates.
Currently management is accepting bids for landscaping services, maintenance, tree replacement and irrigation system replacement.
