At the direction of Civano's Board of Directors, Sienna Community Management provides expert guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the Association. Our team assists with daily operations by offering the following services:

• Billing
• Record keeping
• Receive all inquiries
• Board & Committee Meeting Coordination 
• Newsletter and official mailings
• Update content on communication tools
• Conduct CC&R compliance inspections and issue notices
• Oversee the maintenance of the common areas
• Provide expertise
• Monitor contractor performance

Onsite Management Team

The onsite Community Manager oversees HOA operations as directed by the Board of Directors. Residents are encouraged to contact the Manager for:

• Report possible CC&R violations
• Inquiries
• Relay suggestions and ideas
• Submit forms for events
• Submit design review requests
• Check your account balance and payments
• Volunteer your service
