The Nominating and Election Committee conducts the annual elections for the Board of Directors and other proposed actions by the Civano I: Neighborhood I Association, Inc. An action of the Membership of the Association is determined through voting and and may be fore several purposes.
Committee Members shall be appointed by the Board of Directors annually no less than 120- days prior to the Annual Meeting. The term is for 1-year. You must be a Member of the Association to serve on this committee.
