Our 48 plots and area surrounding them includes pomegranate, fig, and citrus trees, herbs, roses, and a fire pit/BBQ area.
Raised-bed plots have programmable water timers and rent is $30.00 per 6-month season plus a one-time “start-up” fee of $30.00.

Activity Center - 10501 E Seven Generations Way #101
Located in Suite 101, of the office complex known as the Neighborhood Center, the Activity Center has furniture for loafing, a big screen TV, dining tables, games, newspapers, books to lend, magazines, a coffee maker and a food serving bar.

Tot Lot - 10501 E Seven Generations Way
East of the Neighborhood Center, a large gated small children’s play area (ages 0-5) with play structures, tables, a sand box and more. Access with amenities key card. Hours of Operation: sunrise to sunset.
South Pool - 10574 E Cerulean Way
The South pool is located next to the soccer field and basketball court. Pools are open from 5 am to 10 pm, seven days per week. Lap and exercise only from 5-9am.
North Pool - 10439 E Seven Generations Way
The North pool is located next to the tennis court. Pools are open from 5 am to 10 pm, seven days per week. Lap and exercise only from 5-9am.
Tennis Court - 10439 E Seven Generations Way
Our tennis court is open from 7am to 10pm and is striped for both tennis and pickleball play. Located right next to the North Pool
